Structural Engineer | Dublin 14, Dublin | Full Time | €55,000–€70,000 per annum
Our client is a dynamic consulting Civil and Structural Engineering firm based in Dublin 14. They have a strong reputation for delivering design projects on time and within budget for both public and private sector clients, with a portfolio consisting primarily of commercial projects alongside some residential work.
The Role
They are seeking a Structural Engineer to join their friendly team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role will involve a mixture of independent project work and collaborative team working, with the successful candidate liaising closely with clients and carrying out structural calculations, analysis, engineering and drainage design, alongside daily use of Revit and CAD.
The successful candidate will work predominantly on commercial projects, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects from start to finish and develop their career within a supportive, close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients

- Undertaking structural engineering work
- Supporting drainage design
- Using Revit and CAD daily
- Working independently on projects as well as collaboratively with the wider team
- Taking ownership of projects from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Chartered or working towards chartership – chartership is not essential
- Minimum 3 years' Irish and/or UK experience
- Proficient in structural analysis and structural engineering
- Some experience in drainage design
- Good working knowledge of CAD
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Excellent communication skills

The normal working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break and a 15-minute break in both the morning and afternoon.
Salary is €55,000–€70,000 depending on experience, with some flexibility potentially available for an exceptionally strong or more senior candidate.
