Two or four — a slot is a live role we're actively working. Your hiring rate over a quarter decides which, and we'll tell you honestly on the call which one the maths supports.
We work every slot continuously
Each role gets the full managed service: Talent Pool Assessment, advertising, proactive headhunting, screening, telephone pre-screens and a shortlist of interviewed candidates.
Filled roles reopen their slot
The moment a role is filled, that slot opens up and your next role drops straight in. There is no cap on hires — six fills through two slots still costs two slots.

The honest maths
When the subscription beats paying per role
Our flat per-role fee is set by salary band — £1,500 to £4,000 +VAT. Here's the hiring rate at which the subscription costs the same as paying per role. Hire at that rate or above and everything past it costs you nothing. Hire less, and we'll say so on the call and recommend Guaranteed Hire per role instead.

What exactly is a slot?
A slot is a live role we are actively working. Two slots means two roles on the go at once, each with the full managed service — Talent Pool Assessment, sourcing, screening and a shortlist of interviewed candidates. The moment a role is filled, that slot reopens and your next role goes straight in.
Is there a limit on how many people I can hire?
No. Hires within your slots are unlimited. If you fill six roles in a quarter through two slots, you've paid for two slots.
Is there a per-role refund like Guaranteed Hire?
No — and we'd rather tell you that plainly. Talent Partner is a continuous service, not a single transaction, so there is no per-role refund on it. Your protection is the cancel right: a three-month minimum, then it's rolling monthly on thirty days' notice. If a per-role refund is the protection you need, Guaranteed Hire is the right product for you.
How am I billed?
Monthly in advance, with the amount and VAT shown separately on every invoice. The minimum term is three months; after that it rolls monthly and you can end it on thirty days' notice.
