1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the TalentFinder UK website and services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. TalentFinder UK is operated from 99 Fishergate, Preston PR1 2AE, United Kingdom.

2. Our Services

TalentFinder UK provides flat-fee job advertising services. We advertise your vacancy on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team). The board list is recorded and dated, and is the only list we publish. Our packages include Standard (£399), Premium (£499), and Premium Plus (£599).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT at 20%. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment processor (Square). Multi-credit discounts are applied automatically and are published in full on the packages page: 2 credits (10% off), 3 credits (15% off), 4 credits (20% off), 5 credits (25% off), 6 credits (27% off), 7 credits (29% off), 8 credits (30% off). Bulk and media-buying packages are arranged by phone. Credits never expire — buy now and use them whenever you have a role.

4. Refund Policy

If your advert has not yet been posted to any job board, you may request a full refund. Once the advert is live, refunds are not available. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

5. Advert Fee Credited Against Guaranteed Hire

If the advert runs its full 28 days without a hire, the full advert fee is credited against Guaranteed Hire for the same role (claim within 60 days of close, one credit per role).

To be clear about which product this is: the advertising packages in section 2 are self-serve advertising and carry no promise about the outcome of the advert. Guaranteed Hire is a separate managed recruitment service with its own terms and its own pricing, and the credit described here is applied against the fee for that service on the same role. The credit is the value of the advert fee paid, excluding VAT; it is not cash, it is not transferable to another company, and it cannot be combined with another credit for the same role. "Runs its full 28 days without a hire" means the advert completed its listing period and you did not hire a candidate from it.
