How long does my advert stay live?
28 days across all selected boards. Premium and Premium Plus packages include a refresh at day 14 to boost visibility.
Will an advert fill my role?
TalentFinder advertising is a job advertising service, not a recruitment agency. We maximise your reach across major job boards. For a guaranteed shortlist, consider our Premium Plus package; for a dedicated recruiter who runs the whole search, see Premium Hire.
What are bolt-on services?
Optional add-ons: CV Screening (£99) reviews and shortlists applications, and Skills Testing (£99) verifies candidate capabilities with role-specific assessments.
Is there commission when I hire?
No. Zero. The package price is the total price. There are no hidden fees, no commission, and no ongoing charges. You pay once and that's it.
How do bulk credits work?
Credit packs run from 1 to 8 online, and the per-credit price falls as the pack grows — 2 credits save 10%, 3 credits save 15%, 4 credits save 20%, 5 credits save 25%, 6 credits save 27%, 7 credits save 29%, 8 credits save 30%. Credits never expire — buy now and use them whenever you have a role. Bulk and media-buying packages are arranged by phone.
What if I need a dedicated recruiter?
Premium Hire gives you a dedicated recruiter who manages the entire process — from writing the advert to presenting a shortlist of interviewed candidates. One fixed fee from £1,500 +VAT, no commission.
How much does it cost to post a job?
Standard is £399, Premium £499 and Premium Plus £599, each +VAT, per vacancy, with a 28-day multi-board listing. There is no commission when you hire.
Which job boards will my vacancy appear on?
Your vacancy is advertised on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team).
How quickly will I receive CVs?
We write your advert and send it to you to approve. Most adverts are live the next working day after you approve the copy, and applications usually start arriving on the first day it is live.
What is Premium Hire?
Premium Hire is our managed recruitment service: a dedicated recruiter writes the advert, advertises the role, headhunts, screens and pre-interviews candidates and presents a shortlist — for one fixed fee from £1,500 +VAT. It starts with a five-point review of your role (market standing, salary and package, competitor analysis, online presence, adverts and process), walked through with you before we go to market. No percentage of salary, no commission.
