In one line: TalentFinder UK is a Preston-based flat-fee recruitment company, trading since 2016 — job advertising at £399 to £599 +VAT per vacancy on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs and LinkedIn, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites, and a fully managed Guaranteed Hire service from £1,500 +VAT.

TalentFinder UK was founded with a simple belief: hiring great people shouldn't cost a fortune. Traditional recruitment agencies charge 15–25% of a candidate's salary — that's thousands of pounds for a single hire. We knew there had to be a better way.
Our flat-fee model puts your vacancy in front of candidates for a price agreed before we start: Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team).
Clients can draft their own adverts in the ATS, or our content writers write them. The ATS is free to use. Specialist account managers help give every advert the best chance of success.
Based in Preston and trading since 2016, we work with employers from SMEs hiring their first employee to organisations running bulk recruitment campaigns. The placements are published, with the time each one took.
