Legal Property Assistant | Swindon | Full Time | £26,000–£30,000 per year
Our client prides themselves on being different. They offer accountancy and legal services and aim to break the stereotypical view of these professions. They are approachable and offer expertise with empathy.
The Role
They are seeking a Legal Property Assistant to join their growing legal team and support the Residential & Commercial Solicitor within a very busy property department. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone with residential conveyancing experience who has a strong understanding of the conveyancing process, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, seeing matters through from beginning to end.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and work autonomously most of the time, with assistance from the solicitor when required.
Joining a small and growing team, this is a great opportunity to take on a role that you can really make your own. There is also scope to develop into a more senior conveyancing or paralegal role, with the potential to progress into a fee-earning or case-handling position.
