The role in a nutshell
As our Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be the engine of our recruitment process. Most of your day is spent on the phone: speaking to candidates, finding out what they’re great at, and matching the right people to our live roles. It’s busy, it’s fast-paced and there are targets. That’s exactly what makes it rewarding.
Let’s be upfront: this is a phone-first role. You’ll make a high volume of calls every single day. If picking up the phone isn’t for you, this won’t be the right fit. But if you get a buzz from great conversations and hitting your numbers, you’ll love it here.
What you’ll be doing
- Making a high volume of outbound calls every day to candidates for our live vacancies
- Headhunting and sourcing through our database, job boards and LinkedIn
- Screening candidates over the phone, using sharp questions to understand their experience
- Shortlisting strong candidates and putting them forward to our consultants and management team
- Building talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Keeping our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date
- Giving every candidate a first-class experience from start to finish

- Recruitment Consultant: owning vacancies and client relationships end to end
- Sales Closer: winning new business and turning conversations into deals

Who we’re looking for
- A natural talker. You’re confident on the phone and enjoy speaking to new people all day.
- Driven and focused. You like having targets and take pride in hitting them.
- Resilient. You thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment and bounce back quickly from a “no”.
- Hungry to learn. You take feedback on board and always want to get better.
- Organised. You have a good eye for detail and are comfortable using MS Office.
Experience: recruitment experience (agency or in-house) and ATS knowledge are a big plus, but not essential. If you’ve worked in sales, telesales, a call centre, customer service, hospitality or any role where you talk to people all day, we want to hear from you.
