Architectural Technologist | Tullamore, Co. Offaly | Full Time | €35,000–€45,000 per annum
Our client is a very well-established architectural practice with a young, vibrant team and a friendly, collaborative working environment. The practice works on a variety of interesting residential, educational, public realm and commercial projects nationwide.
Ideally, you will be based locally or within a commutable distance of Tullamore, making the daily commute straightforward. The role is predominantly office-based, with some flexibility to work from home on the occasional day where required.

Are you the right person for the job?
- Ideally, 2–5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist, with strong technical detailing skills
- New graduates with relevant work experience, placements or internships will also be considered
- Candidates with more extensive experience are welcome to apply, with flexibility around salary for the right person
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of Building Energy Ratings (BER) and mechanical/electrical layouts is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a friendly team environment
- Ideally based in, or within an easy commute of, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
- Full right to work in Ireland is required, as the client is unfortunately unable to provide visa sponsorship
What will your role look like?
- Produce detailed technical drawings and project documentation
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on project design and execution
- Assist with BER assessments and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Contribute to residential, educational, public realm and commercial projects
- Take ownership of your work while contributing ideas and solutions within the team
- Work as part of a supportive team, developing your technical knowledge and experience across a varied project portfolio
