This is a self-employed, performance-focused role that requires discipline, structure, and consistency. It’s ideal for someone who takes full ownership of their pipeline and understands that strong follow-up is where deals are won.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound leads only – no cold calling
- Conducting structured sales calls using a proven script and sales process
- Managing your pipeline with precision and attention to detail
- Following up consistently and professionally to maximise conversions
- Presenting and closing our recruitment packages
- Maintaining accurate records and staying on top of tasks and callbacks
