Our client is a full-service law firm established in 2007, with offices in Dublin City Centre and Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The firm provides legal services to a wide range of clients, including private clients, corporates, charities and banks.

The Role
As a General Practice Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload across litigation, property and commercial law, including commercial disputes, debt recovery, probate litigation, family and employment disputes, residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial lending, leasing, business sales and commercial agreements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants to develop their career, work independently, use their own initiative and take on responsibility for the ongoing development and management of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across litigation, property and commercial law
- Handle commercial disputes and debt recovery matters
- Manage probate litigation, family and employment disputes
- Handle residential and commercial conveyancing
- Deal with commercial lending and leasing
- Advise on business sales and commercial agreements
- Work independently and manage your own caseload
- Use your own initiative and take responsibility for your work
- Contribute to the development and management of the firm
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 2 years' PQE
- Qualified solicitor with relevant general practice experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong initiative and ability to take responsibility
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing a varied caseload
Desirable
- Experience across litigation, property and commercial law
- Experience working within a developing legal practice
- Ambition to progress your legal career and take on greater responsibility
- Interest in establishing yourself within the South Co. Meath legal market
