If you're an experienced HCPC-registered Podiatrist seeking a part-time, permanent role where quality of care genuinely comes first, this could be the ideal next chapter.
The Role
Our client, a well-established clinic group with two sites in the Solihull area, is looking for a qualified Podiatrist to join their close-knit, supportive clinical team on a minimum of two days per week. You'll manage a varied caseload including routine podiatry, nail surgery, biomechanical assessments, laser therapy, and dermatological conditions. Working collaboratively with fellow clinicians and a dedicated reception team, you'll deliver tailored treatment plans that make a tangible difference to patients' mobility and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality routine podiatry care while building trusted, long-term patient relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive foot and lower limb assessments, including medical imaging analysis, to diagnose a range of conditions.
- Develop and manage personalised treatment plans for issues such as sports injuries, deformities, infections, and chronic diabetes-related foot problems.
- Perform nail surgery and utilise laser therapy in line with the clinic's varied caseload.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols.
- Contribute positively to the professional clinic environment and support the wider team in achieving the best patient outcomes.
What You'll Need
- BSc (Hons) in Podiatry and current, full HCPC registration.
- A minimum of three years' post-qualification podiatry experience.
- Confidence in a broad clinical caseload: routine foot care, nail surgery, biomechanical/MSK assessment, and laser therapy.
- The ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team and communicate clearly with patients about their ongoing foot health.
- Located within a 30-minute commute of Solihull.
- Previous experience in a private practice setting is desirable, not essential.
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary, dependent on hours available.
- Company pension scheme.
- Free on-site parking at clinic locations.
- Supportive, professional environment with access to a dedicated biomechanical suite.
- Flexible, permanent contract with negotiable working hours across a minimum of two days.
