Project Manager | Oxfordshire (near Banbury) | Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm | £40,000–£45,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager looking to develop their career within a fast-paced sports and experiential environment, working alongside experienced project and production professionals and gaining valuable exposure to Formula One hospitality projects around the world.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of Formula One team clients' Paddock Club and team hospitality projects across multiple international events.
Working closely with senior project managers, creative, production and delivery teams, you will help coordinate projects from initial brief through to installation and on-site delivery.
You will be responsible for keeping project activity organised, ensuring deadlines are met, information is communicated effectively and client requirements are delivered to the expected standard.
The role involves international travel during the F1 season and requires someone who is adaptable, organised and comfortable working in a hands-on live-event environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of Formula One hospitality projects from initial brief through to post-event debrief
- Assist with the management of project timelines, budgets, schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal creative, production and delivery teams to ensure projects remain on track
- Support the coordination of design, build, installation and logistics requirements
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, action lists and operational information
- Assist with preparing client updates, presentations and project reports
- Build positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Attend selected races and support the team with on-site project delivery and installation
- Help identify and resolve project issues, escalating more complex matters to senior team members where appropriate
- Support continuous improvement in project processes, communication and client delivery
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in project coordination, project management, account management, events or a similar client-facing environment
- Experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience using project management, CRM, Microsoft Office or similar business systems
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider creative, production or delivery team
- Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends during the F1 season
Desirable
- Experience within live events, experiential, sports, hospitality or production
- Previous exposure to motorsport or Formula One
