They are now looking for an enthusiastic Scheduling Administrator to join their friendly Head Office team in Sidcup on a full-time, permanent basis.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude and be confident communicating with both clients and colleagues.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous scheduling experience – essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
What will you be doing?
As a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the audit operation running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining accurate schedules and records using the SMART system
- Preparing and distributing monthly schedules to auditors
- Downloading, reviewing and manipulating data from client systems
- Responding quickly and effectively to high-priority client audit requests
- Working closely with field colleagues to arrange suitable audit dates
- Liaising directly with clients regarding scheduling and resolving any issues
- Monitoring overdue audits and taking action to ensure they are completed within agreed KPIs and funder requirements
This is a varied and important role where organisation, attention to detail and communication skills are key.
