We are a well-established and growing solicitors' firm with over 25 years' experience, looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at our modern office space in Salford Quays.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, working closely with colleagues and maintaining excellent communication with clients and other professionals throughout each transaction.
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Unregistered properties
- Reviewing titles, draft contract packs and search results
- Conducting title checks and raising and responding to enquiries
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, solicitors and other professionals
- Keeping clients and relevant parties regularly updated throughout their transaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
- Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
- Experience of shared ownership matters, bridging finance and knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be advantageous, although not essential.
Qualification
You must be a qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales, holding a current practising certificate.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and confident managing their own caseload, while also enjoying being part of a smaller team where everyone works together.
This role is open to qualified solicitors only. You must be admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate; applications from legal executives, licensed conveyancers, unqualified fee earners and other non-solicitor candidates cannot be considered.
Ideally, you will have around 3 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience, although candidates with different levels of experience will be considered where they can demonstrate the appropriate knowledge and ability.
