If you are looking at Get Staffed, their own pricing page, read on 5 October 2026, describes a job advertising service: one upfront fee per campaign, an applicant tracking system, AI shortlisting of applications and no charge per candidate or hire. We sell advertising on the same no-commission basis, and something an advert cannot be: a managed search with a 100% refund if the role is not filled, for the roles where nobody suitable applies. Our advertising starts from £399 +VAT for a 28-day multi-board listing with the advert written for you.
Their pricing page describes multi job board advertising for one upfront fee, with no charge per candidate or per hire, and unlimited hires from each advert.

The same page lists an applicant tracking system for every client, advert writing and optimisation, up to five qualifying questions, AI candidate shortlisting, a dedicated account manager and salary benchmarking.

We have not used their service, and their pricing page describes advertising only. If they offer a managed search or a refund on an unfilled role, it was not on that page on the date above.
Every package is a 28-day listing on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team).

Clients can draft their own adverts in the ATS, or our content writers write them. The ATS is free to use. Specialist account managers help give every advert the best chance of success. Most adverts are live the next working day after you approve the copy.

That is a Guaranteed Hire placement — our managed service, bought and priced separately from advertising, with its own terms. It is on this page because it is the honest shape of a hire: an advert puts a role in front of the market, and this is what working that market took. The full funnel and all 2 roles in this sector are on the transport & logistics case studies.
If the role draws plenty of applicants and somebody in your business can work through them, an advertising package is all you need, and several providers, them included, sell one with software that sorts the applications for you. Our managed search costs more than any advert because a recruiter does that work, and for an easy-to-fill role it is not worth paying for.
We sell the two halves separately and price them separately: advertising puts the role in front of the market for a flat fee per vacancy, with the advert written for you; Guaranteed Hire is a recruiter working the role until it is filled, a flat fee by salary band, with a 100% refund if it is not filled.
When the people you need are in work and not looking, when the title is rare, or when the salary sits under the local band. Across our own 46 published filled roles, a median of 26 candidates were worked for each hire, and only about 15% were good enough to present. An advert hands all of that to you.
On an advert, from anyone, no: you bought the advert, and ours carry no refund once live. On Guaranteed Hire, our managed search, you get 100% of the fee back if the role is not filled.
No. Credits for more than one advert bring the per-vacancy price down, and they never expire.
Guaranteed Hire is a flat fee by salary band, agreed before the search: £1,500 to £4,000 +VAT. No commission, and the fee does not change with the salary you agree.
If the advert is all you need, write it free first. If the role is one nobody applies for, a managed search is the product, not a bigger advert.
