Ask your card issuer about a chargeback first — a card payment for a service that was never delivered is the strongest position you have. Then check the register at Companies House for the company's status before spending anything else with them. Then get the role advertised somewhere it will actually run.

What does flat-fee job advertising mean, exactly?

One price per vacancy, paid once, whatever happens next. No percentage of salary, no fee when you hire, no fee per applicant. Ours runs £399 to £599 +VAT depending on how far the advert goes, and the price is on the page before you commit to anything.

How do I know the advert will actually go live?

You see the advert on screen before you pay for it, and once it is approved our own ledger says the median is 27.7 hours to live. If something does go wrong, one phone number reaches a person who can fix it — the number is on every page of this site.

Is there a cheaper way than paying anybody?

Yes. Post it on your own careers page and on the free tiers of the big boards yourself, and if you have the hours for that it is the right answer. What you are buying from us is the spread and the writing, and the honest test is whether an afternoon of your time is worth more than the fee.

What happens to my details if I use your free tools?
