Advertise a job on LinkedIn

There are two different things people mean by advertising a job on LinkedIn. What our packages include is a share of your vacancy on LinkedIn, posted through our own LinkedIn feed, as part of one flat-fee advert across the major UK job boards with no commission when you hire. What we do not sell is a paid, promoted LinkedIn job post — LinkedIn sells that itself, and says employers pay when a candidate views the post. If targeted promotion inside LinkedIn is what you want, buy it from LinkedIn.

What we checked, and when

Every claim on this page, with how we checked it

  • LinkedIn's post-a-job page says employers can 'pay only when a candidate views your job post' and offers 'targeted promotion' of a job across LinkedIn. We record how it is charged, not what it costs.

Read in a real browser at linkedin.com/talent/post-a-job. Checked 2026-10-03.

  • Our job distribution account carries LinkedIn share feeds (a share of the vacancy, including one from the TalentFinder UK company page), not a paid LinkedIn job slot.

Feed list read from our job distribution account, recorded in our shared board file. Checked 2026-09-10.

What it costs here

One flat fee per vacancy — never a percentage.

The LinkedIn share goes out with the rest of the spread. It is a share of the advert, not a paid LinkedIn job slot.

Every package is a 28-day listing on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team).

Clients can draft their own adverts in the ATS, or our content writers write them. The ATS is free to use. Specialist account managers help give every advert the best chance of success. Most adverts are live the next working day after you approve the copy.

One role, in full

PA / Administrator (Financial Services / Wealth Management) — 40 days, 44 candidates worked

Hired1

That is a Guaranteed Hire placement — our managed service, bought and priced separately from advertising, with its own terms. It is on this page because it is the honest shape of a hire: an advert puts a role in front of the market, and this is what working that market took. The full funnel and all 3 roles in this sector are on the insurance & financial services case studies.

Where we are not the right answer

If the people you want are mostly on LinkedIn and you want the post targeted at them and pushed into their feeds, a promoted LinkedIn job post bought directly will do that and our share will not. We say so plainly because it is a different product from ours.

What you buy from us is the whole spread for one fee: the advert written and approved by you, the same vacancy on every board on the list, a social share, and the applications in one dashboard you own.

Fair questions

What is the difference between a share and a promoted job post?

A share puts the vacancy in front of the people who follow the account that posts it. A promoted post is paid targeting that places the vacancy in front of people who match it, whether they follow anyone or not. We include the first; the second is bought from the network itself.

Which packages include social media promotion?

The table on this page lists every feature by package, read from the same package file our checkout uses. Social media promotion is one of the rows.

Can I share the advert from my own company page as well?

Yes, and you should. Your own page reaches people who already know your business, which is often where the best applicants come from.

Do candidates apply through the share?

The share links to the advert, and applications arrive in your dashboard with everything else, so you are not checking a separate inbox.

If you want both, buy the spread from us and promote the post yourself. The two do not overlap, and nothing about our packages stops you.
