Advertise a job on Indeed

You can advertise a job on Indeed by going to Indeed directly, or by buying one flat-fee advert from us, which puts the same vacancy on Indeed and across the other major UK job boards at once, written for you, live for 28 days, with the applications landing in your own dashboard and no commission when you hire. If Indeed is the only place you want the role and you are happy to write and manage it yourself, go direct; if you want the spread and the writing done, that is what we sell.

What we checked, and when

Every claim on this page, with how we checked it

  • Indeed's employer page (uk.indeed.com/hire) could not be read from our server: a real browser was shown an 'Additional Verification Required' block, so we publish nothing about Indeed's own terms or prices.

HTTP request and then a rendered browser session from our own server. Checked 2026-10-03.

  • Indeed is on our advertising board list. Our owner confirmed we post to it, and our job distribution account lists an Indeed feed.

Owner confirmation recorded in our shared board file, and the feed list read from our job distribution account. Checked 2026-09-10.

What it costs here

One flat fee per vacancy — never a percentage.

Indeed is on the board list for all three packages, so there is nothing to add on. The applications it produces arrive in the same dashboard as every other board's.

Every package is a 28-day listing on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team).

Clients can draft their own adverts in the ATS, or our content writers write them. The ATS is free to use. Specialist account managers help give every advert the best chance of success. Most adverts are live the next working day after you approve the copy.

Source: TalentFinder UK Job Advert Response Benchmark, Q4 2026, talentfinderuk.co.uk/data/job-advert-response-benchmark — applications per 28-day advert across 1,141 UK adverts we placed, 2025-10-03 to 2026-09-05. Applications are counted across every board an advert reached; the ledger does not split them by board. A cell under 8 adverts publishes no figure.

Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator — 56 days, 69 candidates worked

Sixty-nine candidates were worked to make one hire — legal adverts draw fewer applications than most sectors in our data, and this is what filling one took.

That is a Guaranteed Hire placement — our managed service, bought and priced separately from advertising, with its own terms. It is on this page because it is the honest shape of a hire: an advert puts a role in front of the market, and this is what working that market took. The full funnel and all 3 roles in this sector are on the legal case studies.

Where we are not the right answer

If one board is all you want and you are content to write the advert, screen the replies and manage the listing yourself, going straight to the board is the cheaper route — our package is priced for the spread and the writing, and a single listing does not need either.

What you buy from us is reach and craft: the vacancy on every board on our list at once, written by people who write adverts every day, approved by you before it goes out, and one fee that does not change when you hire.

Fair questions

Which sectors draw the most applications per advert?

The table on this page answers that from our own adverts: applications per 28-day advert by sector, with the number of adverts behind each figure. Read your own sector's row rather than the average — the gap between sectors is wide. Applications are counted across every board an advert reached, because our ledger does not split them by board.

Do I need my own job board account?

No. We post the advert for you on every board on the list, and the applications come to your dashboard. If you already hold your own board accounts, you can keep using them alongside ours.

Can I see the advert before it is published?

Yes. Nothing goes live until you have read it and approved it, and you can change any line of it first. If you would rather draft it yourself, our ATS is free to use.

What if my role is in a sector that draws few applications?

Read the sector row in the table before you spend anything. Where adverts draw fewer than five applications in a large share of cases, a managed search is often the better purchase, and we will tell you so.

Before you post, check the sector row above and the salary the role is paying. Both decide what an advert draws far more than which board it is on.
