Zoek alternatives for UK employers
Zoek is no longer a route to advertising a job. ZOEK LIMITED (08908677) was dissolved on 1 February 2022, zoek.co.uk now redirects to a GoDaddy page offering the domain for sale, and zoek.uk does not resolve at all — all checked on 10 September 2026. Zoek's pitch was app-based matching rather than advertising, and we do not do matching. What we do is the advertising half: one flat fee per vacancy from £399 +VAT, the advert written for you, no commission when you hire.

What we could not verify
A dissolved company and a parked domain are facts about the register and the DNS. If some part of the brand trades on somewhere we have not found, we would want to know.
Where Zoek is the better answer
Zoek's pitch was matching rather than advertising, and for some roles that is genuinely a better model than a board listing. We do not do app-based matching, and we are not going to pretend a job advert is the same thing.

Is Zoek still running?
ZOEK LIMITED was dissolved on 1 February 2022 according to Companies House, and on 10 September 2026 the zoek.co.uk domain served a for-sale lander rather than a job board. That is what we can show you.
What was Zoek?
A UK job-matching app that put candidates and employers together through matching rather than through a conventional advert listing. Employers posted roles into it; candidates were matched to them.
What should an employer use instead?
If you want reach, a flat-fee multi-board advert is the direct replacement — ours is £399 to £599 +VAT per vacancy for a 28-day listing. If you want the whole search handled, that is Guaranteed Hire, a flat fee by salary band with a 100% refund if the role is not filled.
Do you match candidates, or just advertise?
Both, but they are different products and we price them differently. Advertising puts the role in front of the market; Guaranteed Hire is a recruiter working the role, sourcing and interviewing until it is filled.
