Google for Jobs is not a job board you pay to post on. It is a section of Google search that lists vacancies from web pages carrying JobPosting structured data, and Google's own documentation describes adding that data as the way to appear in it. Every advert you buy from us gets its own page on our jobs board carrying that data, and since 24 September 2026 we also notify Google directly through its Indexing API when an advert opens and when it closes — on all three packages, for one flat fee with no commission when you hire.
Google's developer documentation says job pages can appear in Google's job search experience by 'adding JobPosting structured data to your job posting web pages', lists the required fields, and recommends the Indexing API over sitemaps for telling Google about new and expired job pages. It mentions no charge for this.

Our jobs board has notified Google through the Indexing API since 24 September 2026, recorded in a ledger for every advert page published and withdrawn.

Google decides which listings it shows and in what order. Publishing the data makes an advert eligible; it does not guarantee a position, and we make no claim about where any advert will appear.
Every advert on every package gets a page on our jobs board with the structured data below, so it is included whichever package you choose.
Every package is a 28-day listing on Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites. CV-Library is included on Premium and Premium Plus (posted for the client by our team).

Clients can draft their own adverts in the ATS, or our content writers write them. The ATS is free to use. Specialist account managers help give every advert the best chance of success. Most adverts are live the next working day after you approve the copy.
| Field | What it carries |
|---|---|
title | The job title, exactly as your advert has it |
description | The full advert text |
datePosted | The day the advert went live |
validThrough | The day it closes — 28 days after posting — so it drops out of results when it ends |
employmentType | Full time, part time, contract or temporary |
hiringOrganization | Who is hiring (shown as our client, so an unadvertised employer stays private) |
jobLocation | The town and postcode |
directApply | That the candidate applies on the page itself |
url | The page the listing sends the candidate to |
baseSalary | The pay range — only when your advert shows a salary |
Twenty-five candidates worked and five presented to fill one specialist manufacturing role — visibility gets an advert seen, and this is the screening that followed.

That is a Guaranteed Hire placement — our managed service, bought and priced separately from advertising, with its own terms. It is on this page because it is the honest shape of a hire: an advert puts a role in front of the market, and this is what working that market took. The full funnel and all 5 roles in this sector are on the precision machining & maintenance case studies.
Because Google for Jobs is free to appear in, an employer with their own careers site can publish the same structured data themselves and pay nobody for that part. What we add is the advert, the rest of the board spread and the dashboard; if you only want the Google listing and have a developer, do it yourself.
Every advert you place with us gets a proper job page with complete, accurate structured data, an end date so it drops out when it closes, and the same vacancy on the rest of our board list.
Not from us beyond the advert itself, and the search engine's own documentation mentions no charge for job listings. Appearing depends on a page publishing complete job data; where a listing is shown is the search engine's decision.
So it leaves the results when it closes. A listing that stays up after the role is filled sends applicants to a dead vacancy, which wastes their time and yours.
Yes, when your advert shows one. The pay range is published in the structured data only if it is on the advert, so a hidden salary stays hidden.
The structured data shows the hirer as our client, so a confidential vacancy stays confidential. The advert text itself says whatever you approve.
If you are not sure what to write, draft the advert free first. Nothing is published, and nothing reaches any search engine, until you approve it.
