Our client is a dynamic, business-oriented law firm based in the Central Business District for the past 30 years. They offer an efficient and cost effective service to clients ranging from large financial service companies to SMEs and private clients.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable General Office Operative to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy professional office.

Previous experience in a similar office-based position would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.

  • Dealing with ad-hoc tasks and requests as they arise
  • Identifying things that need to be done and taking ownership without always being asked
  • Helping resolve general office issues and ensuring the office operates smoothly
  • Providing general support to the wider team wherever required

Requirements

  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • The ability to manage multiple small tasks and changing priorities

Desirable

  • Previous experience in general office administration, reception, office coordination or facilities/office support
  • Previous experience in client-facing administration
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
