1. Who We Are

TalentFinder UK is a flat-fee job advertising service based at 99 Fishergate, Preston PR1 2AE, UK. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services. Contact: info@talentfinderuk.co.uk.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect: name, email address, phone number, company name, and job vacancy details when you use our services. Candidates applying for roles also provide a CV and application details. Our page-view counts are first-party and set no cookie. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them — see section 6.

If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are kept with any details you give in them, are processed by our AI providers under data-processing agreements to generate replies, and are passed to our team so a person can follow up. If you start setting up a job advert and leave before paying, what you typed into the form is saved so we can help you finish it, and our team may contact you about it.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: process your job advertising orders, communicate about your vacancies, send relevant service updates, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share vacancy data with the job boards we advertise on — Indeed, Adzuna, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Totaljobs and Jobsite, plus over 100 micro and aggregator job sites — to fulfil our advertising service. Payment data is processed securely by Square and is not stored on our servers.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, and the similar browser storage listed below, are small pieces of information kept on your device. Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and the UK GDPR, we only use those that are strictly necessary without asking. Everything else is off until you allow it, and you can change your mind at any time.

None in use at present. If we add any, they will be listed here and will only be set if you allow marketing cookies.

Our page-view counts are first-party and set no cookie: when a page loads, your browser tells us the page and the site that linked to it, and nothing is stored on your device.

Content from other companies

Google Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com on every page. Google receives your IP address to send the font files. No cookies are set.
YouTube. Video thumbnails load from i.ytimg.com. The player itself, from youtube-nocookie.com, loads only when you press play; YouTube may then store information on your device under its own policy.
Calendly. Our booking calendar loads only when you ask for it, unless you have allowed analytics and marketing cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies and shows its own notice.
Square. Card payments happen on Square's own pages, under Square's cookie policy. We do not see or store card details.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. When you switch a category off, we delete the cookies and browser storage it uses on this site. Cookies another company holds on its own website can only be removed from your browser's settings.
