Is the price really fixed?
Yes — a flat fee by salary band (from £1,500 +VAT), agreed before we start. No percentage of salary, no commission, no surprise invoice. Payment is upon instruction, protected by the refund guarantee.
What if you can't fill the role?
If we don't fill the role within the agreed window — typically 3–6 months — you receive a full 100% refund as standard. Not a credit note or a rebate ladder.
My role is niche. Can you actually fill it?
Niche is where headhunting beats advertising. And the Talent Pool Assessment protects you: if the pool genuinely isn't there, we tell you before you pay anything.
