Our Mission

Talent Finder’s mission is to save you time & money by simplifying the recruitment process. No contracts. No commissions. Low-cost, one-off payment. From the beginning, we realised that hiring managers & employers were frustrated with the time & fees needed to recruit effectively. Recognising this frustration, we’ve worked to provide a low-cost recruitment service focused on efficiency and speed before profits. By working on a results-based approach, we feel as accountable as you do to find the right candidates.

Talent Finder has access to a large repository of the UK’s most reputable job boards so that you don’t have to waste time & energy uploading manually to each one. Our dedicated account managers handle all the heavy lifting, including professionally writing your job advertisement and positioning the right candidates in front of you to interview. Our business model is built upon loyalty from our existing clients and excellent service. That’s why we’re able to offer a superior recruitment service at a fraction of the cost that traditional agencies charge.

Hi! I’m Leigh. I’ve been Talent Finder’s Training Manager since February 2022.
It’s great because no two days are the same and no two people here are the same. I love developing people and processes, and we have a team that thrives on helping each other and their customers.
I enjoy spending time with my family and taking our 3 dogs out for long walks. You’ll find me watching The Office and the “mighty” Arsenal in my spare time, and at the weekend I’ll be at the karaoke keeping my dreams of entertaining alive.

I started working here in April 2021. I am passionate about people and about solving problems- this role gives me the best of both worlds and also enables me to utilise over 10 years of account management, customer service, and sales experience.
I have a great relationship with my clients and they continue to use our service time and time again. It’s such a great working atmosphere with lots of career development opportunities.
I’m a mum of two small children. I enjoy baking and being creative, and long walks with my beagle Bailey. I am a very sociable person, I like to meet up with friends and family whether it be for food, drinks, local events or simply hanging out at home.

Not steering too far away from the job I love in the advertising sector, I joined Talent Finder in September 2020 and have not looked back! The role is slightly different, but so much more rewarding.
I am a single mum of 1 son and Border Collie, Chester, and love to spend time with my family and friends.

Hi! I’m Paul. I started my role at Talent Finder in March 2021 after working as a National Account Manager and Export Account Manager for over 35 years. My experience was mainly in the Non- Food Sector, dealing with some of the largest non-food businesses in the UK. I worked in Export for over 5 years predominantly dealing with China and the Far East.
I am now one of the Key Account Managers and Team Leader for the Internal Recruitment Team at Talent Finder.
Talent Finder is a great place to work with a great team of talented recruitment specialists who work with great enthusiasm for their clients and the roles they are recruiting for.
Outside work I enjoy relaxing and spending time with my growing family and watching live sports, whenever possible.
