It’s great because no two days are the same and no two people here are the same. I love developing people and processes, and we have a team that thrives on helping each other and their customers.
I enjoy spending time with my family and taking our 3 dogs out for long walks. You’ll find me watching The Office and the “mighty” Arsenal in my spare time, and at the weekend I’ll be at the karaoke keeping my dreams of entertaining alive.

My background in multimedia for over 20 years has definitely developed my knowledge of Recruitment advertising along with the challenges the market can face, I joined the Talent Finder family in September 2021.

Hi! I’m Amy one of the Key Account Managers at Talent Finder nurturing existing client relationships and developing new client partnerships.
I started working here in April 2021. I am passionate about people and about solving problems- this role gives me the best of both worlds and also enables me to utilise over 10 years of account management, customer service, and sales experience.
I have a great relationship with my clients and they continue to use our service time and time again. It’s such a great working atmosphere with lots of career development opportunities.
I’m a mum of two small children. I enjoy baking and being creative, and long walks with my beagle Bailey. I am a very sociable person, I like to meet up with friends and family whether it be for food, drinks, local events or simply hanging out at home.

Hi! I’m Lisa, one of the Account Managers at Talent Finder. Having worked in the newspaper and magazine industry for over 28 years, I felt a change in industry was needed!
Not steering too far away from the job I love in the advertising sector, I joined Talent Finder in September 2020 and have not looked back! The role is slightly different, but so much more rewarding.
I am a single mum of 1 son and Border Collie, Chester, and love to spend time with my family and friends.

Hi! I’m Paul. I started my role at Talent Finder in March 2021 after working as a National Account Manager and Export Account Manager for over 35 years. My experience was mainly in the Non- Food Sector, dealing with some of the largest non-food businesses in the UK. I worked in Export for over 5 years predominantly dealing with China and the Far East.
I am now one of the Key Account Managers and Team Leader for the Internal Recruitment Team at Talent Finder.

Hi! I’m Saalihah, an Admin Assistant at Talent Finder. I joined Talent Finder in July 2021. Day to day I post on Indeed and LinkedIn, I respond to candidate enquiries, send re-engagement emails, and add candidates to our Applicant Tracking System.
I like working here because of the atmosphere in the office, my colleagues and we all look forward to Friday lunchtime!
I’m known as the best brew maker in the office, which is high praise indeed!
