Our client is a family-owned business established in 1982 and recognised as a Bosch Diesel Centre, making them one of the UK’s leading diesel system diagnostic and repair centres. Their team of fully trained technicians has over 250 years of combined experience, with technical support from leading manufacturers including Bosch, Denso, Stanadyne, and Delphi.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established business offering no weekend work, regular overtime opportunities, and access to specialist Bosch training and future vehicle technology courses.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work across a wide range of vehicles within a busy workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using appropriate tools and equipment
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service history
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies, maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Diagnostic experience preferred, or exceptional mechanical knowledge and hands-on ability
- Proactive, reliable, and professional approach

Bosch Training Opportunities
As a Bosch Centre, the business has access to a wide range of specialist technical training courses covering diagnostics, hybrid systems, EV technology, programming, and future vehicle systems. Bosch also provides access to training covering future automotive systems and technologies.
What can you expect in return?
- Basic salary up to £40,000 per year, depending on experience. Increasing to £42,000 After 8-Week Trial
