Telesales Executive – Energy & Broadband Sales – NO COLD CALLING - Training Provided

Salary: 
£25,000 basic, plus uncapped commission (Full Time OTE £700-£1,200 per month)

FT Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays). Alternatively, a 4-day shift pattern: Monday to Wednesday 09:30–19:30 & Thursday 09:30–19:00.

PT Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility for daytime, afternoon, or evening shifts.

About Us

Money Expert is an independent comparison company based in Chester, and we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agents to join our vibrant call centre.

You’ll be working with warm leads generated by customers who research their broadband, TV and energy options online and request callbacks — no cold calling involved.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous telesales, sales, customer service, energy, broadband, or similar experience
  • Strong fact-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in telesales or similar roles with a focus on targets
  • Target-driven with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Motivated, outgoing, and a positive influence on team morale
  • Understanding of GDPR and maintaining high call quality standards

Desirable:

  • Experience in outbound calling, particularly within a telesales or call centre environment
  • Experience selling energy, broadband, TV, or comparison-based products

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to discuss competitive energy, broadband, and TV packages.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with warm leads from customers who have requested information
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
  • Evaluating customer satisfaction with their current provider and suggesting alternatives if needed
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives
  • Responding to customer enquiries and addressing objections
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service
