Senior Care Assistant (Day & Night)
Location: Burton Upon Trent
Working Hours: Full-time, on-site
Salary: £14.00 - £14.80 per hour

The Role
- Provide high-quality care to residents
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medication as needed
- Support the care team in delivering person-centred services
- Monitor the well-being of residents
- Maintain up-to-date care records
- Foster a supportive and warm environment in collaboration with team members
- Shifts patterns run 8:00 – 8:00 Days and Nights
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in providing personal care, including assisting with daily living activities
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
- Skills in leadership, team collaboration, and staff supervision
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and infection control standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A caring and empathetic approach to supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
- Experience in a Senior Care role in Care Home setting
