Production & Dispatch Coordinator (Evening Line Lead – Dispatch Department) | Carnmore / Oranmore | Full Time | €16.50–€18.00 per hour
This is a hands-on evening line lead role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production and dispatch environment. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being operationally involved while also taking ownership of an area and helping coordinate the smooth running of dispatch activities throughout the evening shift.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, prepared, checked, and dispatched accurately, while also supporting wider production and stock coordination activities. This is not a traditional supervisory role managing a large team — instead, it suits someone who is confident working autonomously, organised in their approach, and capable of taking responsibility for workflow, planning, stock control, and quality checks within dispatch.
Our client is a long-established Irish food business with almost 100 years of heritage. Still proudly family owned across three generations, the business has grown from a local butcher into a nationwide producer, built on strong values around quality, customer service, and Irish sourcing. As cooked meats continue to grow as a key focus area, the dispatch department plays a critical role in supporting ongoing operational expansion and customer delivery standards.
