Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £80,000-£100,000+ in Year 1

The Role
As an Energy Broker, you'll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and helping businesses secure competitive energy solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Winning new business through outbound sales activity
- Building and managing a portfolio of clients
- Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts
- Upselling and cross-selling energy solutions
- Providing market insights and account support
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, field sales or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a genuine desire to earn high commission
- Resilient, self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally
