We're recruiting for a growing residential property management company that looks after well-maintained homes across West London. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative to join the team.
This is a mobile role offering genuine variety, independence and long-term job security.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same. You'll carry out a mixture of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and property inspections across a portfolio of residential properties.
Typical work includes:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Carpentry and joinery
- Basic electrical repairs
- Lock changes and fittings
- Decorating and touch up work
- General maintenance
- Basic appliance fault finding and repairs
- Routine inspections
You'll manage your own day while being supported by an experienced office team.
What we're looking for
We're interested in experienced maintenance professionals who enjoy solving problems and delivering quality workmanship.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in residential property maintenance
- Multi-trade skills including plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools
- Own vehicle/van
- A professional, reliable approach
- The ability to work independently
