Lead Generator
Full-Time | Office-Based | Monday to Friday | £26,000- 27,000 per annum
We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and generating quality opportunities for our legal team.
The Role
Working from our office, you will contact potential clients using warm leads provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and secure
No cold prospecting is required – all leads are supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by telephone using company-provided leads
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information
- Pass information on to the relevant team
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective clients where required
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Provide a professional and friendly customer experience at all times
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or a similar role
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional and positive attitude
