Interior Architect
Location: Ongar, Dublin 15 Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

We are a design-led studio delivering high-quality hospitality, retail, and commercial interiors. Technical excellence, craft, and thoughtful spatial design are at the core of what we do. We are looking for a Senior Interior Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of high-impact, memorable interiors.
This is a hands-on, design-led role where you will shape spaces from concept through to completion, ensuring that design intent is realised with precision and creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead interior architecture across all stages, from concept and spatial strategy to technical delivery
- Translate design ideas into clear, buildable drawing packages (GA, RCP, elevations, sections, details, schedules)
- Develop thoughtful detailing and material solutions that elevate the overall design
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, lighting, fire, accessibility) to deliver cohesive outcomes
- Support site delivery through inspections, RFIs, submittals, snagging, and close-out
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 3-4 years’ experience, ideally within hospitality and/or retail design
- Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Proven experience delivering detailed, buildable solutions (joinery, finishes, ceilings, partitions, signage integration)
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Organised, proactive, confident communicator, able to work across teams and project stages
- Full, clean driving licence and access to transport
- Candidates must be currently based in Ireland and fully eligible to work
