We are partnering with a growing construction management firm known for delivering high-quality projects with precision, accountability, and a strong safety-first culture. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a hands-on General Superintendent to take ownership of field operations and help elevate performance across multiple job sites.
This is a key leadership role where you won’t just manage projects—you’ll set the standard for execution, safety, and field excellence.

About you
You are a confident, experienced construction leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments. You know how to balance safety, schedule, budget, and quality—and you take pride in getting work done right the first time.
You bring:
- 5+ years’ experience leading complex field operations
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and field teams
- Strong subcontractor and client relationship management skills
- OSHA 30 certification (minimum requirement)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- CSL & HIC licenses (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and life safety requirements
- Experience in safety audits, investigations, and corrective action planning
- Solid understanding of contracts, scopes, buyouts, and subcontracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and plan reading

What you’ll be responsible for
Field Leadership & Operations
- Lead all field operations across active projects
- Supervise superintendents and field teams
- Drive adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate manpower, logistics, and subcontractor performance
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
Safety Leadership
- Champion a strong, proactive safety culture across all sites
- Lead safety meetings, stand-downs, and toolbox talks
- Conduct safety audits and investigate incidents
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
Planning & Risk Management
- Oversee site readiness, including permits and logistics
- Support the buyout process and subcontractor procurement
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Assist in estimating staffing, logistics, and general conditions input
- Monitor materials, inventory, and procurement needs
