Foot Health Practitioner (FHP)

Location: Ringwood (Hampshire) & Verwood, (Eastern Dorset)

Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full-time 40 hours (Part-time options considered)

My client is a well‑established, multidisciplinary private healthcare practice focused on improving physical movement and overall wellbeing. They provide tailored, evidence‑based treatment plans across musculoskeletal health services, prioritising long-term patient outcomes and life-enhancing results. The practice operates with a values-driven culture rooted in compassion, humility, knowledge, and honesty, and clinicians work collaboratively across multiple clinic locations.

They are now recruiting for a Fully Qualified Foot Health Practitioner to join their growing team at the Ringwood and Verwood clinics. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary MSK team alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopath, and podiatrists in a modern, expanding clinic environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner (Dip FHP / MCFHP / MAFHP). Registered with a recognized professional body (e.g., Alliance of Private Sector Practitioners or SMAAE)
  • Valid professional indemnity insurance.
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic, patient-centered approach.
  • Conduct comprehensive foot health assessments and treatments (e.g., nail cutting, corn and callus removal, verruca treatments, diabetic foot care).
  • Deliver tailored advice on foot hygiene, footwear, and ongoing preventative care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient clinical records. Build strong, lasting patient relationships to encourage repeat bookings and continuity of care.
  • Promote and sell relevant foot care products and advanced treatments to maximize patient outcomes.
