Car Sales Executive (Experienced or Trainee Considered)

Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week (2-week rota including alternate weekends)
Salary: OTE £26,000–£55,000, DOE

Specialising in new and used car sales across a range of established global franchises, the dealership also offers genuine parts and accessories, vehicle servicing, and repairs for cars, motorhomes, and caravans.
The Role
They are looking for a well-organised, focused, and dedicated Sales Executive to join their growing team.
Whether you are an experienced Sales Executive looking to progress your career or a motivated individual new to the industry with a passion for vehicles and sales, full training and development opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Displaying, demonstrating and selling new and used vehicles
- Following up sales leads and managing customer enquiries
- Processing vehicle orders, including sales add-ons and rectification work
- Ensuring full compliance with all regulated finance activities
- Maintaining franchise standards and supporting colleagues across the dealership
- Assisting with general dealership duties as required
Requirements
Essential
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone/email
- Enthusiastic, positive, and motivated, with a genuine interest in vehicles and sales
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong IT skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Strong numeracy and literacy ability
- The ability to understand detailed information for compliance and finance regulations
- Willingness to attend online and off-site training in line with franchise requirements
Desirable
- Experience in the motor industry, retail sales, or a call centre environment
- Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and specifications (training can be provided)
