The Role
They are seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant Manager to join their growing management team. Managers are at the heart of the business and play a vital role in how the cafés operate.
This is more than just a management role — you will have the opportunity to get involved in real business decisions, develop your leadership skills and progress your career within a growing hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the café
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain high standards across food, service and operations
- Support training and coaching of team members
- Contribute ideas and make decisions that positively impact business performance
- Help drive standards, quality and overall café success
Requirements
Essential
- Previous management experience is desirable, ideally within food & beverage, hospitality or a quick-service environment
- Open to candidates from other sectors who have the right attitude and transferable management skills
- A confident leader with the ability to motivate and support a team
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Professional and presentable with a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for great food, quality ingredients and exceptional coffee
- A natural people person who enjoys connecting with customers and teams
- Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a desire to grow
Desirable
- Experience working in a café or quick-service environment
