360 Recruitment Consultant | Fulham, SW6 | Full Time | £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£80,000+ OTE)
Our client is a growing recruitment business specialising in supplying blue-collar labour to the construction industry. They are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join their team and build a successful career in recruitment.
The Role
This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, where you will manage the full recruitment cycle from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates and making placements.
Key responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with construction clients
- Managing and developing existing client accounts
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates
- Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
- Negotiating rates and terms with clients and candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry to placement and aftercare
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales and recruitment targets

- Knowledge or interest in the construction sector
