Talent Finder’s mission is to save you time & money by simplifying the recruitment process. No contracts. No commissions. Low-cost, one-off payment. From the beginning, we realised that hiring managers & employers were frustrated with the time & fees needed to recruit effectively. Recognising this frustration, we’ve worked to provide a low-cost recruitment service focused on efficiency and speed before profits. By working on a results-based approach, we feel as accountable as you do to find the right candidates.
Talent Finder has access to a large repository of the UK’s most reputable job boards so that you don’t have to waste time & energy uploading manually to each one. Our dedicated account managers handle all the heavy lifting, including professionally writing your job advertisement and positioning the right candidates in front of you to interview. Our business model is built upon loyalty from our existing clients and excellent service. That’s why we’re able to offer a superior recruitment service at a fraction of the cost that traditional agencies charge.

Our goal is to help over 1 million companies benefit from our innovative recruitment solutions and flip the traditional model on its head. We’re constantly working on innovative ways to save employers costs with recruitment and improve our overall level of service to our clientele.

Coming from a background as a dance teacher and bar manager, recruitment may not have been an obvious career in the beginning! However, there are some clear parallels: effective communication, striving to achieve goals, and crucially, sustaining long-term relationships. After experience as a Business Development Executive in the construction sector, I made the switch to Talent Finder, and strive to bring unparalleled service to our clients.

My passion is providing excellent customer service. My belief is quite traditional; excellent service equals repeat custom and business growth. After graduating from University with a Business degree I undertook the Enterprise rent-a-car graduate scheme. After 5+ years of progressing through Enterprise I was delighted to join Talent Finder as one of their Account Managers. Talent Finder is truly determined in providing not only a cost effective service, but also a in creating a culture which genuinely cares about the challenges that recruitment brings to its clients.
