Sales Co-ordinator

Salary: £20,875pa + profit related bonus scheme which is based on both personal and company performance as a percentage of salary paid in two instalments throughout the year

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Birmingham, B6

The role of Sales Coordinator is to take and accurately process sales orders from trade customers which may be from within the region covered by our Birmingham branch or nationally. The role is office-based and requires the individual to support the branch manager and work with other Sales Co-ordinators to support regional sales team to help build and develop relationships with key contacts and cross-sell components. The candidate will therefore be required to learn and retain a large amount of product knowledge.  This position is primarily based at our Birmingham depot.  However, there may occasionally be a requirement to cover at another of the UK branches.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to speak good English
  • GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English.   
  • experience in a similar B2B sales order processing role
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
