Branch Manager – Letting Agency

Salary: Circa £25k + Parking permit and potential for performance related bonus

Hours: Full time, Permanent

Location: Bognor Regis, PO21

Our client is a successful, family owned Letting Agency who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the lettings team in our Bognor Regis office the role would suit a dynamic and motivated individual who is competent and ambitious enough to lead this established office.

The main purpose of the role will be to generate new business and complete lettings deals and oversee the maintenance team.

Duties Include:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the office
  • Generate new business
  • Registering and managing applicants
  • Carry out viewings
  • Negotiate offers with landlords & tenants
  • lettings progression
  • Managing advertisements through appropriate media
  • Administration
  • Overseeing the Maintenance team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience required in both Management and Lettings
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Team player
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Smart and business-like
  • Knowledgeable about the area and industry
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Punctual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
