Job Description

Administrator – Immediate start required

Salary: £19,000 pa

Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00am – 17:30pm

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26

Our client manufactures specialist adjustable medical beds so your bed is of the highest quality and because they know the adjustable industry inside out, our client can plan for your future in case your needs change.

Due to their continued growth and success, our client is currently looking to recruit a Full Time Customer Service Advisor / Office Administrator to join the friendly team in their busy office based in Bicester.

Duties will include:
• Telephone Reception
• Data Input (Sage System) / Order production
• Customer Services
• Creating Remedial Sheets
• Filing
• General Office Duties

The ideal candidate:
 Sage experience necessary

• Office 365 skills
• Have excellent attention to details
• Have excellent communication skills
• Possess good judgement and decision making
• Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK
• Must be reliable
