Salary: £19,500 – £21,500

Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 & 10:00-18:00, 1-hour lunch break.

An ideal candidate must be organised, enthusiastic, highly proactive, reliable and must possess interpersonal and communicative skills. The role is varied and you will always be kept busy.
Responsibilities for the role:
- Receive telephone calls and take messages
- Collection, inputting information accurately onto computerised forms
- Maintain client records, keeping paper files up to date
- Dealing with client queries
- Liaising with colleagues to understand clients, workloads etc
- Dealing with correspondence and writing emails
- Show discretion and confidentiality at all times
Skills and experience required:
- Computer literate
- Credit Control (not essential but desirable)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a team
- The successful applicant will be expected to supply references and complete a typing test.
- Ideally a minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment, however full training will be given.
